What is MyDocs?

Once scheduled for your first day of work, you will receive an email from MyDocs-noreply@onbaseonline.com to complete your onboarding documents.

These digital documents are a critical part of your onboarding process, including setting up how you receive your pay. Please take the time to review and complete all documents.
How do I log into MyDocs?

To access your MyDocs portal, go to https://idp.federate.amazon.com/api/saml2/v1/idp-initiated?providerId=MyDocsPortal-Passport-PRD&target=USA.

You will not be able to Login until you receive the email invitation to access MyDocs. Please do not try to Login until you have received this email.
I need to reset my MyDocs password

To access your MyDocs portal, go to https://idp.federate.amazon.com/api/saml2/v1/idp-initiated?providerId=MyDocsPortal-Passport-PRD&target=USA

If you already have an account and need to reset your password, select the Forgot your Password link from the MyDocs Portal.

A password reset email will be sent to your personal email address. Follow the link in the email in order to change your password.

When changing your password, please make sure your password meets the following requirements:
  1. First and last character must be a letter
  2. Must be at least eight characters long and not longer than thirty character
  3. Must contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, and one non-alphabetic character
  4. Can include most characters on the keyboard (letters, numbers, and some punctuation)
  5. Cannot use the same character three times in a row
  6. Cannot be based on your login name
I have not received instructions on how to complete my new hire paperwork

You will receive an invitation prior to your start date to complete the required paperwork. The email will come from this email address: MyDocs-noreply@onbaseonline.com. We suggest that you add this email address to your address book and check your spam/junk mail folders to ensure that you receive the email.
Is my New Hire Paperwork complete?

You can confirm that your documents are complete by signing into your MyDocs portal here https://idp.federate.amazon.com/api/saml2/v1/idp-initiated?providerId=MyDocsPortal-Passport-PRD&target=USA.

On the left-hand side of the page you will see the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section. If you see, "You don't have any documents to sign right now", then your documents have been successfully submitted!

If you do not see this message, then please review and accept any additional documents.
I am experiencing an error when trying to complete the paperwork

Try some basic troubleshooting first:
  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Try using a different internet browser (we recommend Firefox or Chrome)
  3. If on a mobile device, switch to a computer or laptop
  4. Clear Browsing History, Cache, and Cookies
  1. Save and exit your application
  2. Click CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE for Windows or COMMAND+SHIFT+DELETE for Mac to open the Clear Browsing Data window
  3. Change the time range to the furthest possible ('everything', 'forever', 'beginning of time', etc.)
  4. Ensure Cache and Cookies are selected and click the button to clear
  5. Log back into your candidate account and try again

I am unable to complete the Direct Deposit form

To complete your Direct Deposit:
  1. Log into your MyDocs Portal at https://idp.federate.amazon.com/api/saml2/v1/idp-initiated?providerId=MyDocsPortal-Passport-PRD&target=USA
  2. Click ‘Payroll Direct Deposit Form’
  3. Select ‘Account Type’ (checking or savings)
  4. Enter and confirm the Routing & Account Number for your bank account - you can find this information on a personal check OR by requesting this information from your bank
  5. Choose Full or Partial (this is asking if you want your full paycheck deposited to this account, or just a partial amount)
  6. Read the acknowledgement at the bottom and accept the statement
If you are still unable to complete the online Direct Deposit form, you will also be able to complete onsite. Please bring a voided check or direct deposit information for your payroll. If you do not select direct deposit you will receive a pay card.
I need a proxy number for the ADP pay card

If you have yet to attend your first day of work, don’t worry! Please contact the local HR team once you start work to get the proxy number.
