What happens at the pre-hire appointment?

Your virtual pre-hire appointment is part of the hiring process. During you appointment you will learn about Amazon's unique culture and what makes Amazon a great place to work. Review your pre-hire checklist for all the details on what to bring to the event, including proof of your identity and employment eligibility.

This is a one-time appointment. For detailed information about your specific appointment type and location, please refer to your appointment confirmation email.
How do I confirm the details for my pre-hire appointment?

To confirm your appointment details:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://hiring.amazon.com/app#/login.
  2. Click My Account and choose My Jobs from the dropdown.
  3. Find the job you are applying for.
  4. On the job you have applied to, choose Prepare for your Appointment. This will display your pre-hire checklist.
  5. At the top of the screen, you will see a banner with the date and time for your pre-hire appointment.
  6. For more details, click the View Details button.
How do I reschedule my pre-hire appointment?

You can reschedule your pre-hire appointment from your pre-hire checklist:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://hiring.amazon.com/app#/login.
  2. Click My Account and choose My Jobs from the dropdown.
  3. Find the job you are applying for.
  4. On the job you have applied to, choose Prepare for your Appointment. This will display your pre-hire checklist.
  5. At the top of the screen, you will see a banner with the date and time for your pre-hire appointment.
  6. To reschedule your appointment, click the Reschedule link next to Can’t attend at this time?
  7. Now you will be able to review the available appointments that will allow you to keep the same shift and start date (Day 1) schedule.
