Amazon or our Background Check Vendor may reach out to you for additional information, so please continue to check your email for updates regarding your background check. If inquiries are made, please respond to their email as soon as possible.
As soon as we receive the results from our vendor, we will notify you via email with the next steps.

If the status says 'Pending' that means it is still in progress. Check your email for messages from our background check provider. When the background check is complete, it will say 'Completed.' Please note, to protect your privacy, our agents do not have specific details about your background check.
