Your I-9 can be accessed through your pre-hire checklist:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://hiring.amazon.com/app#/login.
  2. Choose the 'Go to my jobs' button on the upper left of the screen. Then find the job you are applying for.
  3. Click ‘Prepare for your Appointment’.
  4. Under ‘Due before your pre-hire appointment’, choose the blue Start button next to ‘Complete your I-9 Employment Authorization Form’.
  5. Review the instructions for how to complete your I-9.
For English-Second Language roles, you will receive an email from amazon-i9@i9advantage.com with instructions on how to access your I-9 Form.

A confirmation email will be sent once you have completed Section 1 of the Form I-9.

For English-Second Language roles, you will receive an email from amazon-i9@i9advantage.com with instructions on how to access your I-9 Form. You may need to check your Spam or Junk email folder if you haven't gotten this message.

A confirmation email will be sent once you have completed Section 1 of the Form I-9. The 'Due Soon' above 'Complete your I-9 Employment Authorization Form' in your pre-hire checklist will change to 'Completed' when you have finished Section 1. You can see more details at any time by selecting 'Complete your I-9 Employment Authorization Form' in your checklist.
Your I-9 task does not appear as completed due to technical difficulties with the pre-hire checklist system. If there is any part of the Form I-9 that was not completed, you will be able to finish it onsite during your pre-hire appointment.

Attend your pre-hire appointment as scheduled. Remember to bring your original and unexpired work authorization documents and photo identification to complete your federally-mandated employment verification.
