I applied for a job, have I been hired?

To check your application's status:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at https://hiring.amazon.com/app#/login.
  2. Choose 'Go to my jobs' in the upper left of your screen and find the job you are applying for.
There you can see the status of the jobs you have applied to. You will be notified by email with any updates regarding your application.

To ensure you receive our emails, please add the following email addresses to your address book:
noreply@jobs.amazon.com
do-not-reply@amazondelivers.jobs
info@talent.amazondelivers.jobs
applicationhelp@amazon.com
aideapplication@amazon.com

Note, these emails do NOT accept incoming messages. Any email sent to these addresses will not get a response.
What is the status of my job offer?

You can check the status of your offer by logging in to your candidate account at https://hiring.amazon.com/app#/login. Your application(s) and the status will be found on the left side of the page with the 'Go to my jobs' button. Or, choose the 'My jobs' option from the menu in the upper right corner.
Are there any shifts available?

All available shifts will be shown when applying on https://hiring.amazon.com/. If none are showing for you, try changing your shift preferences (hours per week, schedule flexibility, term length) to see if others are available.

If there are no shifts showing, or you would prefer not to pick any of the shifts you see, we encourage you to check back later.

I received a message saying “My email is already registered…”

If you got the following message: “This email is already registered. Please provide a different number or login with this email address,” this means you already have an account in our system!

To continue, log in to your exiting account. To reset your password pin, go to https://hiring.amazon.com/app#/forgotPin.

If you did not create an account before, make sure you typed your email address correctly. If this does not solve the problem, choose an option above to contact us for more help.

To log in to your account or reset your password PIN, you need to know the email address and the phone number you used when you set up your account.

Why was my application rejected?

Amazon reviews a variety of things when determining which candidates to move forward in the hiring process. Some of the details we review include your work history, the questions you answered during the application process, and the results of your background check and drug test. We cannot give details about these factors.
