What are Employee Documents?

Once your background check has passed, you will receive a notification to complete your Employee Documents.

These digital documents are a critical part of your onboarding process. Please take the time to review and complete all documents.

If your background check has already been completed and 72 business hours have elapsed, and you are not seeing the link populated on your checklist or received the email, please contact us.
How do I log into my Employee Document Portal?

To access your Employee Document portal, please go to joining.docs.amazon.com.

You will not be able to log in until you receive the email invitation to access your Employee Document Portal. Please do not try to log in until you have received this email.
I am experiencing a “Profile not found” error when I try logging in to the employee document portal

If you see this error message, it means our systems are being a bit shy with one another. We understand how frustrating this is when you’re so close to joining but don’t worry – this issue will not affect your application status nor any documents you’ve already submitted. It's a known bug that usually resolves itself in a few hours, and we're working hard on a permanent fix. In the meantime, try logging in again after 4 hours and contact us if you’re still having trouble.
I need to reset my Employee Document Portal password

You do not need a password to access the portal. Please be sure to be logged into your candidate profile in order to access. You will then log into the Employee Document Portal via Passport, using the email address and PIN that you use to access your Amazon Jobs profile. The email address must match the one that you received the invitation from.
I have not received instructions on how to complete my new hire paperwork

You will receive an invitation prior to your start date to complete the required paperwork from Amazon A to Z notifications@atoz.amazon.work. .You will then log into the Employee Document Portal via Passport, using the email address and PIN that you use to access your Amazon Jobs profile. The email address must match the one that you received the invitation from.
Is my New Hire Paperwork complete?

You can confirm that your documents are complete by signing into your Employee Documents portal here: joining.docs.amazon.com.

On the left-hand side of the page you will see the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section. If you see, "You don't have any documents to sign right now", then your documents have been successfully submitted!

If you do not see this message, then please review and accept any additional documents.
I completed my Personal Information Document but it is still showing as incomplete

If you have completed your Personal Information Collection form, please be aware that it can take 24-48 business hours for the information to be updated in your Employee Document Management portal(EDM).  Please check the portal again after three business days, and if the portal is still showing it as incomplete, you can contact us via email at https://hiring.amazon.com/contact-us#/.
I am experiencing an error when trying to complete the paperwork

Try some basic troubleshooting first:
  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Try using a different internet browser (we recommend Firefox or Chrome)
  3. Clear Browsing History, Cache, and Cookies:
  1. Save and exit your application
  2. Click CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE for Windows or COMMAND+SHIFT+DELETE for Mac to open the Clear Browsing Data window
  3. Change the time range to the furthest possible ('everything', 'forever', 'beginning of time', etc.)
  4. Ensure Cache and Cookies are selected and click the button to clear
  5. Log back into your candidate account and try again

When do my personal identification documents need to be uploaded?

Your documents should be uploaded as soon as possible. We cannot process your application until your documents are complete.
What documents are required for recruitment?

You will need to upload:

- Copy of passport/ID
- Copy of the employee's residence certificate
- The original of the male employee's military service documents via email
- New Recruitment Form (provided by Amazon)
