I am unable to log in to KNET

  1. When you receive the email with your username and default password, go to KNET.csod.com to access a training curriculum.
  2. You will be prompted to create your own password
  3. Once you've logged in, you will be taken to KNET’s home page. On this page you'll see the New Hire Orientation & Training curriculum listed under Active Training
  4. Click ‘Open Curriculum’
  5. On the next page, click ‘Activate’ to access the first module
  6. Then click ‘Launch’ to get started on the first module
  7. Click ‘Agree’ to begin the first training module
I have not yet recieved the instructions to complete my Virtual New Hire Orentation

Is my online training complete?

To confirm if your training modules have been completed, please log in to KNET to view your transcripts.

If you have completed the module, it will no longer appear on the transcript page.

To double check, you can follow these steps to view your completed training modules:
  1. Log in to KNET.csod.com
  2. Click 'Learning' in the grey bar, select ‘View Your Transcript’
  3. Click the 'Active' filter to change it to 'Completed'

These training modules use pop-ups. Please ensure that pop-up blockers in your web browser have been disabled. View the information below on how to disable a pop-up blocker for different devices.
  1. Apple Devices: Launch Settings. Tap Safari. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.
  2. Apple Devices using Chrome: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click the icon you see: Menu or More. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under ‘Privacy’ click Content settings. Under ‘Pop-ups’ select an option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended) Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
  3. Windows Devices using IE: Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.
  4. Android Devices using Chrome: At the top right, click the icon you see: Menu or More. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under ‘Privacy’ click Content settings. Under ‘Pop-ups’ select the option: Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
