What are Employee Documents?

Once your background check has passed, you will receive a notification to complete your Employee Documents.

These digital documents are a critical part of your onboarding process. Please take the time to review and complete all documents.

If your background check has already been completed and 72 business hours have elapsed, and you are not seeing the link populated on your checklist or received the email, please contact us.

How do I log into my Employee Document Portal?

Access your MyDocs portal at joining.docs.amazon.com. Please wait for an email invitation before attempting to log in. This email will contain important access information. Once you receive it, you'll be able to securely access your documents.

I am experiencing a “Profile not found” error when I try logging in to the employee document portal

If you see this error message, it means our systems are being a bit shy with one another. We understand how frustrating this is when you’re so close to joining but don’t worry – this issue will not affect your application status nor any documents you’ve already submitted. It's a known bug that usually resolves itself in a few hours, and we're working hard on a permanent fix. In the meantime, try logging in again after 4 hours and contact us if you’re still having trouble.

How do I reset my password for MyDocs?

Great news! We've simplified your access to the Employee Document Portal (MyDocs). You no longer need a password.

Here's how to log in:

Go to https://joining.docs.amazon.com
Enter your Amazon Jobs profile Username and PIN
That's it! You'll have immediate access to your documents.

Is my New Hire Paperwork complete?

To confirm your documents are complete, please follow these steps:

Sign in to your MyDocs portal at https://joining.docs.amazon.com
Look for the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section on the left side of the page
If you see "You don't have any documents to sign right now," great news! Your documents have been successfully submitted
If you don't see this message, please review and accept any additional documents

I completed my Personal Information Document but it is still showing as incomplete

If you have completed your Personal Information Collection form, please be aware that it can take 24-48 business hours for the information to be updated in your Employee Document Management portal(EDM). Please check the portal again after three business days, and if the portal is still showing it as incomplete, you can contact us via email.

I am experiencing an error when trying to complete the paperwork

For the best experience with MyDocs, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. Please sign your documents on a computer rather than a mobile device to ensure smooth completion of the process.

When is the submission deadline of my requirements?

Please refer to the requirements checklist that were provided during the job offer discussion.

I am unable to complete the Direct Deposit form

Set up your Direct Deposit by following these simple steps:

Visit your MyDocs Portal at https://joining.docs.amazon.com
Click 'Payroll Direct Deposit Form'
Select your Account Type (checking or savings)
Enter and confirm your bank's Routing Number and your Account Number (You can find this information on a personal check or by contacting your bank)
Choose Full or Partial deposit (Decide if you want your entire paycheck or only a portion deposited to this account)
Read and accept the acknowledgement statement
If you're unable to complete the online form, you can do so during your onsite orientation. Please bring a voided check or your bank's direct deposit information.

Note: If you don't set up direct deposit, you'll receive a pay card for your wages.
