If you received an email that your application has been withdrawn, this may have happened for a variety of reasons. Some examples are:

We emailed you an invitation to schedule an appointment, but you did not schedule your appointment
An appointment was scheduled, but you did not attend the scheduled appointment

You withdrew your submission
You did not respond to the email or text message regarding your application
