Appointments fill up quickly! Please continue to check your job page for future appointment openings. To check for available appointments, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com.
  2. Click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click 'Jobs I've Applied To'
You will then be able to click 'Please continue your application' to pick from available appointments.

If there is nothing available, it means that all of the slots have filled up. We encourage you to check your application frequently.
I am trying to schedule an appointment, but I am not able to make any of the available appointments

You can confirm the details of your appointment without contacting us, just follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com
  2. Click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  3. Click 'Jobs I've Applied To'
  4. Under 'My Appointments', click the 'Action' button next to your scheduled appointment
  5. Click 'View Details'
I need to reschedule my Virtual New Hire Appointment

To reschedule your upcoming Virtual New Hire Appointment:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com
  2. Click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  3. Click 'Jobs I've Applied To'
  4. Under 'My Appointments', click the 'Action' button next to your scheduled appointment
  5. Click 'Cancel'
  6. Refresh your page and click 'Please continue your application' to reschedule your appointment.
You can now select your shift preferences and schedule a New Hire appointment. If there are no appointments available, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment at this time.

To reschedule a missed New Hire Appointment:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com
  2. Click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  3. Click 'Jobs I've Applied To'
  4. Click 'Please continue your application' to reschedule your appointment.
You can now select your shift preferences and schedule a New Hire appointment. If there are no appointments available, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment at this time.
What do I need to do before attending my Virtual New Hire Event?

Prior to your Virtual New Hire Event, please upload your Right to Work Documents and Badge Photo to your profile.

To upload your badge photo and Right to Work documents to your Amazon profile:
  1. Log in to your Amazon account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com
  2. Go to 'My Profile'
  3. Go to 'Attachments'
  4. Edit Attachment
  5. Name the document
  6. Click 'Browse' and select the photo from your phone or computer
  7. Click 'Upload', then Save & Continue
