Application Password Issues/Reset

Follow the steps below to reset your password:
  1. Go to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com
  2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
  3. Enter the email address you used when you created your candidate account. If you have not yet created an account, you can do so at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com by clicking 'Register Here'
  4. Click 'Continue'
You will receive an email from applicationhelp@amazon.com with a link to reset your password!

Please check both your inbox and spam folders for the password reset email. In some cases, it may take up to an hour for the password reset email to be delivered to you.

You should add applicationhelp@amazon.com and noreply@jobs.amazon.com to your email address book to ensure you receive emails from us.
MyDocs Password Issues/Reset

In order to reset your MyDocs password, select the 'Forgot your Password' link from the MyDocs Portal, which can be accessed at amazon.onbaseonline.com.

A password reset email will be sent to your personal email address. Follow the link in the email in order to change your password.

When changing your password, please make sure your password meets the following requirements:
  1. First and last character must be a letter
  2. Must be at least eight characters long and not longer than thirty characters
  3. Must contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, and one non-alphabetic character
  4. Can include most characters on the keyboard (letters, numbers, and some punctuation)
  5. Cannot use the same character three times in a row
  6. Cannot be based on your login name
