How can I attach the requested documents in my profile?

Log in to amazon.force.com with your username and password.
  1. Click on the upper right corner where it says "Menu".
  2. Click on the "My personal information" option.
  3. Then click on the right side in "Edit Attachments".
  4. Then click on the right side in "Edit Attachments".'
  5. Then click "Browse", find the document you want to upload and then click "Upload".
I have not received instructions on how to complete the documents relating to my application

You will receive an invitation before your start date to complete the required documents. The email will come from this email address: MyDocs-noreply@onbaseonline.com. We suggest you add this email address to your address book and check your spam folders to make sure you receive the email.

You can confirm that your documents are complete by logging into your MyDocs portal here amazon.onbaseonline.com. On the left side of the page, you will see the "Read and accept your documents" section. If you see, "You have no documents to sign at this time", then your documents have been successfully submitted! If you do not see this message, please review and accept any additional documents. If this is your first time accessing MyDocs, click on the Forgot password link to reset your password..
How can I log in to view my documents?

You can access your MyDocs portal by clicking here - amazon.onbaseonline.com. You will not be able to log in until you receive the email invitation to access MyDocs. Please do not attempt to log in until you receive this email. If you are accessing MyDocs for the first time, click on the "Forgot password" link to reset your password.
I get an error when I try to upload the documents

We recommend that you use Internet Explorer or Firefox as your Internet browser to access MyDocs. Also, please sign your documents on a computer rather than from a mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
