Can I work part time?

If you accidentally answered "No" to a question and were unable to complete your application, you should contact us directly for assistance.

I mistakenly applied for the customer service position at home, when I want to work on site (or the opposite)

What are the basic requirements for this position?

To apply for available positions in the customer service field, you must meet the following basic requirements:

Be over 18 years old
Be fluent in the language requested in the job offer
Successfully complete the stages of our selection process.
Have a 12M ADSL internet line.
Be able to provide adequate work space for the installation of Amazon hardware and the performance of approved tasks.

What is the status of my application?

You can check the status of your application by following these steps.:

Log in to your candidate account at amazon.force.com
Click the menu icon in the upper right corner
Click on "Jobs I applied to" in the drop-down menu.

There you can see the status of the jobs you have requested. You will be notified by e-mail of any update relating to your request.

Why was my application rejected?

There are several reasons why an application is rejected. We cannot provide details of why a request was rejected. If you are still interested, you can reapply for positions you are qualified for on amazon.force.com.

Why was my application withdrawn?

There are a variety of reasons why an application is withdrawn, these are some of the most common reasons:

- The application is incomplete

- The candidate has not taken any action, such as making an appointment or providing the requested information.

- The candidate did not arrive at a scheduled appointment

I just took the assessments but I didn't get my final result?

You will receive the results of your evaluations by email from our service, we invite you to check your inbox periodically.

I wish to withdraw my application

You can withdraw your request by following these steps.

Log into your account at amazon.force.com
On the left side of the page, you will see the jobs you have applied to.
Click on the "Delete" link to remove your application from the eligibility list.'

I received an error about leaving questions blank

To pass the assessment, all questions must be answered. Missing answers to questions will be brought to your attention when you attempt to submit the assessment. If you receive an error message indicating that you left missing answers, please click on the page number below the error message. You will be taken to the assessment page where an answer is missing. Once you have selected an answer for each question, you can select "Return to Error Page" to correct any additional errors and submit the assessment.

Review page isn't loading

A new window must open to take the assessment, please ensure you have not blocked pop-ups, Internet Explorer or Firefox are the best web browsers to use to complete your application. View the information below to see how to disable a pop-up blocker for different devices:

Windows devices using Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, then select Internet Options. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up blocker, check or uncheck Enable pop-up blocker, then select OK.
Windows devices using Firefox: Open Firefox, select the menu in the upper right corner of the window. Select Settings, then click on 'Privacy and Security'; scroll down the page and uncheck the 'Block pop-ups' box.
Apple devices using Safari: Launch Settings. Tap Safari. Under the General section, click the button next to Block pop-up windows to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.
Apple devices using Chrome: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click on the icon you see: Menu or more. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under 'Privacy', click Content settings. Under "Pop-ups and redirects", select the option: Allowed, Allow all sites to display pop-ups
Android devices using Chrome: At the top right, click on the icon you see: Menu or more. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under 'Privacy', click Content settings. Under "Pop-ups", select an option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended) Allow all sites to show pop-ups".
