To work as a warehouse associate in Germany, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid work and residence permit in Germany (if you're not an EU citizen)
Understand and follow instructions
Be physically fit for warehouse tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 15 kg)*
Be punctual, reliable, and a team player
*Note: Amazon XL Warehouses require associates to be able to lift up to 23kg independently and 45kg with team assistance.
What are the required documents to work at Amazon?
To work at Amazon in Germany please prepare the following documents:
Passport or identity card
Visa/work permit (if necessary)
Matriculation certificate (if necessary)
Social Insurance Number
Tax identification number
Bank account details
Public health insurance card
Please bring the original documents to the Assessment and Contract Signature Appointment (ACSC).
I worked before at Amazon. When can I apply again at the same warehouse?
You may reapply depending on your rehire eligibility. If your status is under review it will show as "Rehire Check Pending" in your profile. Once cleared you can continue your application and schedule an appointment.
