  3. Current membership certificate from the health insurance company (not older than 4 weeks)
  4. Official proof of tax identification number

  6. If applicable, a copy of the child's birth certificate

How can I upload the requested documents to my profile?

  2. Click on "Menu" in the top right corner
  3. Click on the information "My personal information"
  4. Click on "Add attachment" on the right
  5. Click "Browse", find the document you want to upload and click "Upload".
I have not received instructions on how to complete my new hire paperwork

Once your background check has passed, you will receive an email notification, as well as an invitation on your new hire checklist to complete the required paperwork. Please click on the link to access your MyDocs. You will then sign into your MyDocs portal here: https://joining.docs.amazon.com with your Amazon job website login information.

If your background check has already been completed and 72 business hours have elapsed, and you are not seeing the link populated on your checklist or received the email,
please contact us.
Is my new hire paperwork complete?

You can confirm that your documents are complete by signing into your MyDocs portal here https://joining.docs.amazon.com. On the left hand side of the page you will see the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section. If you see, "You don't have any documents to sign right now", then your documents have been successfully submitted! If you do not see this message, then please review and accept any additional documents.

What is MyDocs?

MyDocs is our digital document management system, also referred to as the Employee Document Management portal. We will provide you with your draft contract through this system in advance.
What should I do if I cannot log into the Employee Document portal or have not received an email or login details?

Before your start day, you will receive an email asking you to complete your documents.

Please check your spam folder and look for the MyDocs welcome email. If you haven't received it or are unable to log in, please contact Employee Services at de-hrs-contact@amazon.com
