How many days/hours a week am I scheduled to work?

A recruiter will provide you with detailed information about the position. Typically, customer service associates work a 40-hour week spread across five days. This schedule adheres to Colombia labor laws. In some cases, you may be required to work up to six days per week, but your total hours will not exceed 48 in any given week.

Access your MyDocs portal at joining.docs.amazon.com. Please wait for an email invitation before attempting to log in. This email will contain important access information. Once you receive it, you'll be able to securely access your documents.
How can I attach the requested documents to my profile?

  1. Open our Amazon jobs home page: https://trabaja.amazon.co.
  2. Click Menu on the top right corner and click on "Sign in".
  3. After you have signed in, please open this link: https://amazon.force.com/ProfileAttachment. *You may have to refresh the page or be asked to sign-in again after clicking the link.
  4. Proceed to click "Browse" and attach the document being requested.
  5. Confirm that you have selected the right document and click "Upload".
I am experiencing a “Profile not found” error when I try logging in to the employee document portal

If you see this error message, it means our systems are being a bit shy with one another. We understand how frustrating this is when you’re so close to joining but don’t worry – this issue will not affect your application status nor any documents you’ve already submitted. It's a known bug that usually resolves itself in a few hours, and we're working hard on a permanent fix. In the meantime, try logging in again after 4 hours and contact us if you’re still having trouble.
