If you previously worked at Amazon, you are welcome to re-apply. We will evaluate your rehire eligibility based on your employment record. Please note that all candidates who have previously been hired at Amazon will go through this check, whether they worked or withdrew before starting. Once we have finished this process, we will notify you with next steps.

If you don’t see a job posting for a particular location, it means that all of the roles have been filled. Availability is constantly changing, and we encourage you to check the http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com website frequently for updates.
How do I apply for conversion?

All open Seasonal Conversion Associate positions can be viewed at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com.

You will be asked to enter your last name and Amazon login as they appear at the top of your badge. If you don’t see your location posted, please follow up with your local HR or management team.

Note: Candidates are only eligible for conversion at the location where they are currently working.
Can I apply in person or send you my resume?

Submitting a resume isn’t necessary. To be considered for any of our positions, you must complete the online application. All of our current job openings can be viewed at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com.

Still having problems?

Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
  1. Select the back button in your browser, then select Save and Continue. Do this up to three times. If unsuccessful, try Troubleshooting Step #2
  2. Save and exit your application
    - Close your internet browser
    - Open a new internet window and clear your cache by:
    - Clicking ctrl+shift+delete (windows) or command+shift+delete (Mac)
    - Change the time range to the furthest possible ('everything', 'forever', 'beginning of time', etc.)
    - Ensure Cache and Cookies are selected and click the button to clear
    - Log back into your candidate account and try again

    If unsuccessful, try Troubleshooting Step #3
  3. Check your language preference in your candidate account. The language must be set to English (US). Log in at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com. Click 'Edit' next to 'My Profile' to confirm/change your language preference.
If you make any changes, be sure to click 'Save'!
What is my application status?

You can check the status of your application by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your candidate account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com
  2. Click the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Click on 'Jobs I've Applied To' from the drop-down menu
There, you can see the status of the jobs you have applied to. You will be notified by email with any updates regarding your application. Text message notifications are also available if you choose to opt in!

Why was my application withdrawn?

There are a variety of reasons as to why an application is withdrawn. Here are some of the most common reasons, which may or may not apply to your situation:
  1. The application is incomplete
  2. The candidate did not take an action such as scheduling an appointment or completing requested information
  3. The candidate did not arrive at a scheduled appointment

Why was my application rejected?

I accidently answered 'No' to a question and couldn't finish my application

If the position is not available on our website, we will not be able to process the location transfer. If you have already applied to the location you wish to work, please select an option above to contact us.
I would like to withdraw my application

  1. Log in to your account at http://hvr-amazon.my.site.com. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the positions you have applied to.
  2. Click the 'Withdraw' link to remove your application from consideration.
